Account & billing
You manage your plan inside the app, under Settings. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel there, and the change takes effect from your next billing date.
Charged after you cancelled, or billed twice? Email info@getdou.app with the date and we will put it right.
Bookings & payments
Payments run through Stripe. If a client was charged but the booking did not come through, send us the client name and the time of the appointment and we will trace it.
Deposits and prepayments are set for each service under Services, so you decide how much is taken before a slot is held.
Your data
Your business data is yours. To export it or close your account, open Settings, then Security, inside the app. You can also email info@getdou.app and we will handle it for you.
